The company was established in 2016 as part of the strategic planning of the parent company to improve efficacy and create a joint, professional distribution center that would focus on the local market and promote a range of products in thousands of sales locations throughout the country, including supermarket chain stores, wine stores, restaurants, companies and organizations, hotels and more.

The company offers a rich and diverse variety of leading brands from Israel and abroad, that are represented by the Shaked Company, Golan Heights Winery, Galil Mountain Winery, Recanati Winery and the Tzora Winery.
